MASTER FRANK HUFF

Master Frank Huff began his martial arts training in 1964 in Okinawa where he was stationed with the United States Marine Corp. After serving with the 9th Marine Expeditionary Force in Vietnam, he returned home and resumed his martial arts training in Isshinryu karate. Master Huff continued his training and achieved a 9th Degree Black Belt in Tiger Commando Karate and the esteemed position of Deputy Director of the Tiger Karate Society.

In 1995 Master Huff was introduced to Combat Hapkido. He was so impressed with the concept of Combat Hapkido that he started training in the system and is a 6th Degree Black Belt with the ICHF. Master Huff has trained with some of the best martial arts instructors in the world. He trains directly with Grandmaster Pellegrini. Master Huff also attends self-defense seminars throughout the United States. He promotes cross-training within the martial arts and is committed to providing his students with a solid foundation in self-defense and encourages them to become the next generation of Black Belt Instructors.

MASTER STEVE AMATO


Master Steve Amato began his martial arts training in college with boxing and Tae Kwon Do. Having a foundation in a classical style, Master Amato began searching for a street smarts self-defense system. He began training with Master Huff and after 22 years he is still training and teaching at the school. Master Amato has achieved the rank of 7th Degree Black Belt in Tiger Commando Karate and 4th Degree Black Belt in Combat Hapkido. Master Amato is an accomplished instructor in both styles and a key advisor in school matters. He also attends seminars on a regular basis to enhance his training.
